F.I.T precollege program

I know, I know, I've been M.I.A for a while but I promise it's for a (somewhat) good reason!

I've been trapped in Long Island! Nothing goes on here and it was blocking my ~creative juices~ from flowing :(

But I'm back! Hopefully, better than ever! Back in the city, back on my GRIND!

As many of you know, I take precollege classes at the Fashion Institute of Technology (F.I.T). Yes, I DO REALLY CHOOSE to go to school during the summer. Crazy right? But trust me! It's one of the best decisions I have ever made! I know I've gained lifelong friends/ future networking partners:)

You meet people from all around the world! Last year I had a girl in my Passport to international business class come all the way from Turkey! That's how cool this program is... People literally fly in from other countries to take classes here!

The professors here are cooler than cool... I'm still close to my professor from last year! They treat you like human beings, not just a job *cough* high school *cough*

Most, if not all of the professors have been or in the business that they're teaching

Me, personally, love advertising. The two classes I took this year are "Careers in advertising and Marketing Communications" and "International Fashion Marketing" but there are so many other classes you can take. Some categories are photography, drawing, merchandising, sewing (of course) and sooo much more...

There's something about waking up early to take the train to the city every day that makes you feel ~grown up~

I live for the Manhattan rush and discovering what I love and if you do too I highly suggest this program!
